Purpose of the register
The purpose of the register is to enable communication with customers and delivering orders.
Content of the register
Name, address, email address and phone number.
Data retention period
Data is retained as long as the customer relationship exists and only as needed.
Protection of the registry
Electronic data is protected by a security software, usernames, passwords and a screen unlock code.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to inspect his or her own data in the register by personally requesting it. The data subject has the right to have personal data concerning him or her deleted in accordance with article 17 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the right to restrict the processing of personal data in accordance with article 18. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in case of a breach of the EU General Data Protection Regulation or national laws and regulations governing data protection.
